Although exercise is much preferred but some people just don’t have the time doing that. In fact, food is the main factor for successful weight loss.

After reviewing most of them and tested it myself, I’ve concluded that the only way is to achieve a slim figure in weeks with NO exercise is through dietary changes alone.

However, without good knowledge of food nutrition and various kinds of healthy diets we are putting our health at stake because most of the people will adopt very low calorie diet as their default weight loss plan.
